Rockstars MVB is a high-build, 100% solids, zero-VOC epoxy moisture vapor barrier designed to be poured directly onto concrete slabs with elevated moisture vapor emission rate (MVER) or relative humidity. It seals the slab, calms out-gassing, and gives your color coat, flake broadcast or top coat a stable substrate to bond to — instead of a ticking time bomb.
When to use it
- New slabs that haven’t fully dried but must be coated on schedule
- Old slabs failing ASTM F1869 (calcium chloride) or ASTM F2170 (in-situ RH)
- Basements, warehouses, and commercial floors with hydrostatic pressure or below-grade moisture
- Any coating failure history tied to blistering, delamination or osmotic bubbling

Application notes
Test the slab. Diamond-grind or shot-blast to a CSP 2–3 profile. Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly, respect the pot life, spread at the label thickness, and back-roll to knock out bubbles. Read the Safety Data Sheet before use. Wear appropriate PPE and keep out of reach of children.
